He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 18:2-3

Sunday School

“Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” It seems like a simple question. Maybe someone who keeps the law? Someone who gives a lot to church? Meanwhile, Jesus called a child over and told us: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” His love for them was great and hid the key to the kingdom of heaven in their hearts.

As we see His love for little ones in the Gospels, we want to serve and love your children as Jesus did-with love, respect, and Word of God.

Bring your children to church, and they will be invited to Sunday School during worship service with their teacher and shepherd-to keep our children and church safe (safe sanctuary policy).

The heart of the discerning acquires knowledge,
for the ears of the wise seek it out.

Proverbs 18:15

Adult Sunday School

We don't meet during summer but as Fall begins, we meet every Sunday at 9:30 to 10:30am. We often share life, grow in faith together, do sermon talk-backs, and go over lessons.

It takes us deeper into the God's Word and inspires and challenges us to live it out it our own context.

Wednesday Bible Study

We will do a both academic and spiritual study of the Bible. Oftentimes, we find the Bible difficult to read and understand. One of our goals is to help you feel more familiar and comfortable with the Bible by presenting you a panoramic view of the Bible.

We meet every Wednesday at 7:00pm at church.

Tuesday Quilt Group

We have a group of diligent workers who quilt every Tuesday morning at 9:30am. We makes 40-50 hand stitched quilts each year and send them to the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. Children with life-threatening conditions and illness can their quilt home to help them remember the amazing experiences they had at Camp. We sell quilts to support our church community outreach ministry.

Please join us for some quilting and great time of fellowship over some light refreshments. The group is open to all levels of quilting; even those who have never sewn before.

Transition Dinner

We meet every last Wednesday of the month at Colony Diner in Walilngford, CT at 5:30pm. The diner originally began to support and minister to those who are going through grieving stages from the loss of their loved ones or tragic events in their lives. However, we also enjoy our new and old friendship. We welcome new comers who are seeking to make new friends and to have great time together.

For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.
